Celebrating Confirmation
If you have a young person who has not yet been confirmed, please contact Shirley at the parish. We have classes available for those students who are in the older grades.There are classes already in place for the children in grade two. Please see information in a separate area designated on this site.
There are classes provided for those in grades 4 to 8 who would like to celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation. These sessions are appropriate for the age level and focus on supporting those who want to grow in their faith through scripture study and further deepening their faith as a Baptised child of God.
We welcome the opportunity to be able to share our faith with each other.
Registration begins in February 2011.
Classes begin in April, 2011. There are four preparation sessions that candidates would need to be present at so as to be confirmed in May,2011 at the Saturday 5:00 pm. Mass. There is also a retreat for these candidates which they must attend.
