Catholic Women's League
The CWL plans, directs and coordinates the work of Catholic women in support of religious, charitable, and community activities. The League represents Catholic women on local and national issues of importance. They communicate these views to the government and to society at large. The national CWL motto for 2009 is "Women of Peace and Hope," which calls us to open out hearts and minds, and reminds us to see the face of Christ in friend and stranger alike. Women aged 16 and over are welcome to join.
